We’ve been collecting feedback on what you need to support your academic skills development and we’ll be making some changes to this site over the summer.

Changes summary:

• Suggested route (signposting vital learning) for students within new homepage introduction
• Fewer Homepage navigation icons/banners and the inclusion of sub navigation pages for the biggest areas
• More plain English/less academic tone of voice in the language used on site
• Clearer signposting of external links and types of resource
• Inclusion of ‘next page’ navigation links at bottom of pages – linear route
• More images that support each page’s story
• Recommendations of the best bits within larger resources
• Inclusion of further reading/resources sections
• More excerpts and embedded media where possible
